Looed at this sportster today what do y’all think?

2002 883 with 23,000 miles. My only major concern is the dangling gasket material and the little bit of oil on the bottom of the cases. I couldn’t tell if the leak was active or where it was coming from. Price is $2900 what do y’all think?
