I have been doing a NFL pick 'em pool for about twenty years now. Pretty basic, pick each game against the spread each week. Cash payouts for the top three spots and weekly winners too. There are about 30 people in the pool. All done online through CBS Sports. $200 entry fee. All the money goes to the winners. Last year I started a college version of the same thing, this one is $50 to get in and about 15 people got in last year.
