Mybookie withdrawal

Spreading awareness. Deposited a hundred into mybookie and ended up turning it into a thousand.
Account went under review. Have provided documentation atleast 6 times. Now they say they are terminating my account.
Moral: stop using mybookie. I'm just going to keep calling them until I get my payout, but any one have any similar experiences? If so, how'd you finally end up getting your payout?
