Can someone explain how the timing for cashing out bets works? I'm a newbie to sports betting, and I can't find any relevant information on this. This is specifcally for NHL bets on 365...

I am trying to get familar with the procedures, betting tiny amounts, mostly on the number of team goals...

At first, I thought the option to cash out was available/unavailable, based on whistles; but that's not the case. Sometimes I will have 2 bets (one for each team), and one will be available for partial cashout, and the other won't.

Sometimes, I'll place a bet, and the cashout option will available right away, and sometimes, I have to wait 5 minutes for the option to cashout to become available... Why the difference?
