I made a spreadsheet detailing how many times weapons were used in each mode in the Championship last year, here is the sheet updated with this years results (switch between years with the tb at the bottom).

The data here does not include turf war matches.
Really shows how much the meta has changed in a year, last year was all Blasters, with this year having only 2 uses of a blaster. (and the story is opposite for Jet Squelcher)
Interestingly, despite having significantly more weapons introduced into the game, the amount of different ones use is similar between years.
