Is anyone else feeling intense happiness these days? Last night I cried happy tears, just appreciating life and everything around me. Today I cleaned my neighbourhood, picked up garbage, called few friends and asked them how they are doing, I helped my friends kids with their homework. My question is I want to utilize this the best way possible, even tonight I have this rush of blood going through my body with goosebumps and tingling sensation. I also see/imagine beautiful places that I could be at, sunset, waterfalls, scents, birds and surrounded by nature. I end up with tears of happiness. Am I suppose to do something? I have been watching some intense Documentaries about space and imagine myself going there, re-reading Herman Hesse 'Siddharta' again. I am also re-listening to the audio book power of now from Eckhart Tole. All of this because I want to do more and I don't think I'm doing enough. Have you had this feeling? this intense burst of happiness? whats the best way to satisfy it? or what did you do with it?
