Some days more than others, I will think of something or feel the need for something and it will pop up out of nowhere whether it be in a videogame, a traffic sign, a person, TV, internet, etc.

This time though I have absolutely confirmed, I was taking Reiki classes and have been self-healing for about 2 weeks then I stopped for about 2 weeks. About a month ago I was minding my business playing a game on my phone letting time pass by then a thought came over me. It was about getting a bad haircut and my cousin making fun of me while I was looking down at some candy. Extremely random and out of place so I just let my mind do what it does I guess and today it just fucking happened. The exact same way I thought about a month ago. Is this considered deja vu? Cause I'm pretty sure it's happened to me before, I will have a feeling in a dream before I actually feel it or experience that same feeling physically. Has this happened to anyone??? What's going on with me?
