I am a 24yo female, and I just quit vaping after 8 years of intense use. I came to realize that this is killing me and i gotta get my power back.
I’m on day 3 of withdrawals and so far i’m just soothing myself like a child by crying when I have a craving knowing that I’m doing it to mourn that habit within me.
I’m grateful that I’ve come to the realization that I can’t have a substance interfering with my energy and life force and so I guess I wanted to know what are some ways that have worked for you to keep yourself mentally and spiritually centered during a really hard time knowing it might get worse?
Hey I’m a 24yo female. Quitting weed after 4 years of daily use. I feel your pain 😭. I’m not able to give you any tips because I’m struggling myself but I came to say if you want a buddy to talk to that’s on the same journey as you. I’ll be there for you 🫶
I guess my spiritual tip is a friend lol.
