How do you reclaim your power after years of verbal and/or physical abuse?

I find myself being unable to get out of bed. I find myself crying nearly every day silently to myself. I find myself looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself. Sometimes it feels like Iām incapable of any positive thought. So what did you guys do? Any tips?
