I meditate everyday but it doesn’t “work” anymore.

Meditation used to be a magical experience. I used to sit and feel the universe, the unity, feel the time being eternal. But now, since I have so much to do, meditation is very hard to do. I never skip my 30 minutes meditation, I still do it everyday, it just feels like a 5 minutes experience. Kinda like nothing.

I don’t feel free anymore, I just feel my body slightly relaxed and it ends like a blink. Which is good but, you know, used to be more than this.

It’s so sad, I am thinking all the time about all of the things I should do and it is ruining my life. :(
