I am having a hard time organizing my spirituality. How to get over imposter syndrome?

With most organized religions, there are answers to questions you have about philosophy, morals, how to react to things, etc. Which serve as a map to help navigate life whenever you feel lost.

I have been practicing my own version of spirituality for 5 years, practicing manifestation and meditation, praying to the sun and the moon, getting to know my spiritual guide, and many many other things.

But right now I feel lost. I just exited a 5 year relationship with a woman who taught me all of these things, and now I feel so scattered on where to go from here spiritually. My mindset is as clouded and as anxious as ever, my morals and philosophy on life bounce all over the place, and organizing what I truly believe in has been harder than ever. I genuinely feel lost. Almost like an identity crisis.

Everytime I would have a question she would always be there to answer it and put me back on the right path. She would teach me new techniques, talk to me about spirituality and what it means, how to tap into that divine force. Now that she's gone, I'm having a really hard time organizing what I believe and what I don't. It feels as though I've lost touch of what my version of spirituality actually is, and it's been making my life a blur with no direction or base.

What steps can I take to rediscover that? How do I rebuild that base and get back in touch with the divine?
