I was doing a guided meditation that focus on facing your own anxiety, I did that and while I was accessing the pain I felt like I was feeling the heat of a big fire.

I saw in my imagination this person uncovering a big ball of fire (like the sun) that hurts to look at. Like a place dedicated to all of my bad feelings I didn’t know it existed, hidden feelings.

This reminded me of a Car Seat Headrest's song “High to Death” which the vocalist sings:

“And I said hell is the sun

Burning forever at the center of things

A ball on fire at the center of things

A ball on fire at the center of things

A brain on fire at the center of things

A brain on fire at the center of things”
