Hi all,
When people say that consciousness is a fundamental quality of the universe, does this also generally include inanimate objects possessing consciousness, such as rocks, asteroids, volcanoes, etc? Does this theory include the possibility for a certain degree of emergence of animacy/consciousness that did not exist before?
