Have a pending SeatBid but decided to buy a BFS instead. Can my bid still be accepted?

UPDATE FOR POSTERITY: Spirit cancelled my bid for BFS and for exit row after I bought a BFS outright, without any further action on my part, ~15 hs before departure. Yay!

ORIGINAL POST -

I put in a SeatBid weeks ago, which is still pending. My flight is tomorrow so it's too late to cancel it. However, I hurt my knee and I really don't want to risk a bad seat on a 6 hr flight, so I just bought a BFS.

Will Spirit auto-decline my bid since I already purchased a seat at full price, or am I straight up dreaming? Is there a risk I'll end up paying for the seat twice?
