Booked direct flight round trip in September for January flight. My flight times and dates have been changed numerous times by Spirit, necessitating me calling their customer support each time to find an ‘acceptable’ alternative. I am now flying red eye flights on different days than I originally scheduled due to this nonsense. My vacation has been shortened 2 days. Completely done with Spirit after this, this is the worst customer treatment I have ever experienced and their customer service is terrible. Anyone else feel the same way?
