Unfortunately had our flight canceled on Friday night MIA to BWI. However, we didn't realize this until Sunday morning. The agent that assisted us in getting transferred did find a flight for us, but he mistakingly scheduled our flight to Dallas, not Dulles which is what we could find. They said were only eligible for future flight vouchers, and that simply is not enough to compensate for the several hours and money lost due to this agent's mistake. Any advice?
