My hybrid fusion surgery was 164 days ago. Fused from L4-S1 and I got L3-4 replaced. Two days later they went in from the back to add screws and a rod. Today I ran a little over 5k. It was slow and I walked at times, maybe 1k of it, but I did it. Last time I was able to do this run was two years ago
