Symptoms after cervical fusion

Hi all, I just had my second ACDF at the 4/5 level yesterday. After waking up I noticed I was shaking a lot all over but now it’s just in my arms, hands and shoulders. It is disruptive to the point I drop things and shake like in cold but I’m not. I brought this up to some nurses and they said it’s probably normal. Has anyone else experienced this? And totally random, I had dried blood in the top of my head that no one can tell me where it came from? Like a half dollar sized amount in my hair.
