A few months ago I had To uninstall, then reinstall my SCS program because my rep had installed it using his personal Apple account and it wouldn’t let me update the program without logging into his account. Reinstalled while logged in to my account and that fixed it. In any case, that was the first time that I saw that they could reprogram me remotely. I asked my rep about it and he said that the remote programming feature is pretty shitty and that they (the local team at least) don’t use it at all. Which sucks, because it would be way more convenient.
So, how about everyone else? Does your rep use the remote programming feature? How did it work for you? Have you noticed any extra benefit to using it (I don’t know why there WOULD be any other benefit, but who knows?)
