How do you set your device?

I typically use the buzz setting. If i find that my pain has increased I’ll adjust the strength, aiming for a mid point where the pain seems to be the least. Also, if/when you use the buzz setting, do you typically feel the buzzing consistently? Whenever I get a new program it seems like the rep sets it pretty high, upper teens to mid twenties, but when I adjust the strength later it usually seems like i get the most relief between 5 and 15 range.
