Headaches/neck pain

I Have Hydrocephalus with a VP shunt and for the last 5 days I’ve had a massive headache in the back of my head. Also extreme neck pain like when you strain your neck really bad. I couldn’t turn my head or touch on the area that hurt. The neck pain has kind of subsided but the headache is still there a bit. Anyone else experience this? Is this a sign of anything specific to Spina Bifida/Hydrocephalus?
