Hey everyone,
This week I posted a video about something that I think is very important for spikes but super underrated and not talked about - the mental/psychological game. I don't mean bluffing or mind tricking your opponent, more in terms of how you approach a game or a tournament mentally.
This is something I've always struggled with (I'm a very anxious person), but there's one piece of advice that I wish I was given a long time ago that really helped me go through this process once I internalized it - the fact that, if you're unable to decide between two things despite putting a lot of effort into them, then it's probably so close that it doesn't matter what you end up deciding.
In the video I give a lot of examples of how this can happen in a tournament, so if this is something you also struggle with like I do, check it out and let me know what you think!
