Pay EEEEEEEE [that's 8 of them]: Return all other creatures to their owners' hands. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.

Needs a better source of energy than just itself, because if you're dropping it on curve on T7, then T10 is way too late to fire the whalelaser. Ideally, you want to have the 8E on deck, because otherwise this is asking to be hit with [[Reflector Mage]] due to timing. For that matter, there's enough on-cast and ETB triggers around at the moment that even the pseudo-Evacuation board clear might not be a strictly good idea.

I don't dislike it on first principles, but I'd need a lot of convincing before I'd consider running it. I just don't see a deck with the right moving pieces to support this.
