So here is the decklist. Matt Nass (CFB) pioneered the deck and Melissa Mahan (twitch.tv/caketaro) has been fiddling with it for the last several months. I'm just the messenger.

2x Stony Silence
3x Seal of Primordium
3x Leyline of Sanctity
1x Hornet Queen
1x Dragonlord Dromoka
1x Mistcutter Hydra
2x Spellskite
Other options include 1 Cavern of Souls, Bojuka Bog, Sejiri Steppe, Crumbling Vestige, Mark of Asylum, Pyroclasm, Firespout, Spellskite, Swan Song, Mistcutter Hydra, Hedron Crab (probably too jank?), Tunneling Geopede (also probably too jank), Banefire.
The gameplan:
- T1: Untapped Green source, Sakura-Tribe Scout or Skyshroud Ranger.
- T2: Play Amulet, Retreat to Coralhelm, Knight of the Reliquary, or Lotus Cobra and accelerate.
- T3: Pact for Titan, Play Titan, win either this turn or next. OR make infinite mana with Sakura-Tribe Scout and a bounceland Amulet/Lotus Cobra, win with Tolaria West for Kessig Wolf Run, swing with dorks. OR ~insert crazy playline here~
The Dream hand:
- Windswept Heath, Simic Growth Chamber, Tolaria West, Amulet of Vigor, Sakura-Tribe Scout, Retreat to Coralhelm, Prime Time
- Triple Amulet of Vigor, Simic Growth Chamber, Prime Time, Untapped land, Pact of Negation
Playtesting:
Against a goldfish, reliably (around 75-80% of the time) comboes T3 or T4. In my testing, it only fizzled or took 5 turns around 20% of the time. With more aggressive mulliganing it may be possible to reduce that time. Melissa reported a 65% winrate against eldrazi in testing. UW is a little bit harder than the other lists but is still a favorable matchup.
Strengths:
- About 40% of draws combo out on t3.
- Lots of Redundancy. Amulet and Lotus Cobra perform roughly the same function and both enable T3 Prime Time or T3 dorks attacking for infinite damage. The 8 "mini bloom" dorks offer redundancy. Pact can serve as extra copies of Prime Time, Dragonlord Dromoka, or Jaddi Offshoot to allow the combo to happen.
- Diverse win conditions. This deck can generate infinite life with Jaddi Offshoot, generate infinite power with Kessig Wolf Run (or Mistcutter/Banefire from the board), make a very large Knight of the Reliquary, or bash face with Prime Time in typical Amulet Bloom fashion.
- Inexpensive.
Weaknesses:
- Very challenging. Similar to old bloom, this list is complex and you will often lose games to misplays while you are learning the deck.
- Vulnerable to dorks getting killed. This deck can reliably hit 5-6 mana on turn 3 if its creatures are not messed with, but electrolyze and lightning bolt completely destroy this deck's gameplan.
- Vulnerable to land destruction. Hate cards that hit tron and eye of ugin also do a number against this deck. Blood Moon is very, very difficult to beat pre-board.
Personally, I think that this deck is tier 1.5 - it is very powerful, and seems well-situated to destroy certain metagames. However, lightning bolt is a good card vs. this deck and in metagames with a lot of control (particularly Blue Moon) I don't think this deck will do very well. Having said that, if you liked Amulet Bloom, this deck is very similar and it's a blast to try to find the right line to victory.
