Jalapeños that aren't so vinegar-heavy?
Post Body

Often when I go out to Mexican restaurants I get "pickled" jalapeños that have a far less heavy vinegar taste. Maybe a little saltier, and far more mild (vinegar-wise, not heat)

But every brand of jalapeños I buy taste the same. I can't find any that have the flavor of the ones in the restaurant.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Is there a brand that's only available from a supplier like Sysco that I just can't get? Anyone have any recommendations?
