I have yet to try Udnderwood Farms Sriracha but I've certainly had the old and the new version of Fuy H. Sriracha. This taste a lot like the original, a lot. The texture is smooth and very consistent. The color is honestly "Heinz" ketchup. As a wonderful smooth taste and some heat but certainly nothing out of the ordinary. There's also a little garlic bite at the end of each tasting. At $4 for a bottle at the local grocer, I'll keep purchasing it until I get a chance to try Underwood Farms at a similar price point. But I'm not going to buy it at $10-$15 a bottle online.
If you have not tried this, You should give it a shot. Also has a lot of the fine qualities like the Tabasco Sriracha without all the salt. If Tabasco would make a low salt version of their Sriracha that's all I would ever buy. But until then, Kikkoman Sriracha sauce has my attention.
Peace
