Newbie here, I read the quick guide but still have a question about what I can use speed for

So long story short I inherited a bit of speed from a friend who moved away. I never took speed before but wanna try it so the stuff doesn’t go to waste. I take drugs mostly for having fun at parties like e and stuff, and other psychedelic stuff like acid. So I was wondering if speed has the same euphoric effect for parties or is it more used for actually getting things done like helping with concentration?
Appreciate any knowledge from the experts out there.
