I still cant sleep AT ALL... Is this normal?

Greetings, I took speed for the first time this morning at 9am. It wasnt a lot, like a small line and i barely even felt the effects after about 3 hours.
It is currently 3:30am and I still am completely unable to sleep, even still feeling slightly nervous. Its been 18 hours, I thought it would last like 10. Is this normal?
