Maybe someone remembers me from my posts when I complained that I had a month-long withdrawal from irregular intake of amphetamine in medium doses.
So, I more or less came to my senses as a result, and as soon as I began to feel better ... I take it again.
The effect is weak, as if in a month and a half my tolerance has not decreased at all. I feel just sober and like I took a milder version of coffee without side effects. But that's not the point now.
What methods do you know to reduce the severity of withdrawal? Eating too much? Vitamins? (today I have taken potassium magnesium, b9, b6)? Tyrosine? NAC?
I don't want to go back to that exhausted ass...
However, if heavy WDs cannot be avoided, then suggest how to enhance the action so that I at least have fun before doing so :) I ate some phenibut.
You can judge me for my reckless actions and addiction, I'm ready to listen to it. I know I'm a jerk. In my defense, I will say that even without taking into account the withdrawal in my life over the past many years, I feel like an absolutely disabled incapacitated shit, so I can't stop using anything (and in the case of drugs like gabapentin and flupirtin, I don't even regret the abuse, it gives more than it takes away. But here's the speed, it's like borrowing from the devil)
