Does using non 100% acetone reduce the quality/potency of the speed

My first few washes I used 100% and I swear it was alot stronger but ran out of that so been using 99.8 or 98% one of those anyway

But yeah with the non 100% the potency just seems to be quite weak even weaker than when non washed (that could be cus of my adhd or something)

But yeah I remember the first washes felt really strong

An yeah I know I'm supposed to use proper acetone but I was told all that would happen is that I would loose amphetamine in the process but does it actually effect quality as well?

Also am I supposed to make sure my acetone is cold before use?
