Drying speed on a paper? Does speed need to be dry to wash?
Post Body

So, I had a little wet speed and one of the group of friends asked for s bokenoot, then procided to extend the speed in the paper and rasp it and it looked like it was more dry than before.

Does anyone ever heard of this?

Recently I acquired a more than usual wet speed but not paste, apart of that extending on s plate and let it dry are some other methods?

Also I have the doubt, in order to wash speed with Acetone does it need to be dry?
