Tarmac Sl4 rim and tire clearance.

Anyone know if I would be able to run 28mm wide rims on my 2016 Tarmac? I can always run a narrower tire if needed but I'm not sure if I should go with 25 or 28mm rims.
Edit: Just to be clear I'm asking about rim width, not tire width.
