I just ordered my bike. After doing some research the two main problems the bike seems to have is electronic damage from water and engine failure through the bands wearing out.
I figure I can help mitigate at least one of the problems by spraying the electronics with Silicon Spray made specifically for electronics right away.
Here is what I will use: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008O9YGQI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Ive heard its a bad idea to use WD40 or vasoline as it can disrupt low voltage electronics but this spray is made specifically for this type of application and finishes dry.
Is there any reason I should not do this that anyone is aware of? On a side not I hope this does not void the warranty but I dont think it should.
Thanks
