So when I was in a special ed program back when I was in school we were in our own classroom with about 10 kids (me including). While everyone had multiple classes, I only had one and I stayed with them the entire day. The only time I was with more students was during P.E. For some reason we got to do P.E with the other students which was cool.. But no Health. And sometimes when it was P.E they would separate the girls and boys into separate classrooms for what I assume to be sex ed. When that happened since I was in a special ed program I wasn't allowed to go with the girls even though I was a student so we would be put into the wrestling room and wait until the bell rang. Am I allowed to ask why it's like that? Why couldn't I be taught sexual education like everyone else? Instead of being in the classroom being taught the safeties of girlhood I was put in a wrestling room with my fellow classmates just doing whatever before the bell rang and we had to go back into our classroom. Why?
People opt their kids out of it
