So the other day I saw someone mention Arvoch Alliance SE, saying it was a "cousin" of Evochron Legacy SE.
I haven't played any of them, I didn't even knew about Arvoch, but I have been following Evochron for a while and I wanted to know the differences between them to decide which one should I get.
I'm a fan of freedom in the sense of reactions to your stuff, imagine dwarf fortress style, where drunken dwarves dropped beer on the ground, and cats which were not programmed to drink alcohol got their paws dirty of beer and lick them to clean themselves, but then they got drunk and ill and died. It's not specifically programmed to do that, but all the small systems working at the same time make it happen. I love that "freedom" of lots of gears working to make unexpected things happen, and the game not breaking.
I also like space exploration games like X saga, or even Spore space phase.
Dogfights are not a must, but I can enjoy some of them too, if they game is not focused on battles all the time.
I love to trade and to talk to other NPCs (I prefer singleplayer).
I'm ok with grind repetitive tasks to get some better equipment or level.
I love to customize my ships.
In general, both games seem to appeal to me, but I don't see them different enough to make a decision, please help me know.
Thanks
