Spacerpg4 warping from highridge to tejat during the alien invasion sometimes warps you in solo

Once again, an incostient bug that pops up, where when I aarp in, especially if there is hostiles there is a chance my entire fleet will not show up. I get no message they blew up, or anything. They just vanish. I do need to test to see what happens if I warp out, but its really annoying.
