After realising both a friend and I were WH40k nuts as kids he convinced me to start painting again. I’m convinced this was so he had someone else to chat WH40k too and I’m not at all mad about it.

I didn’t realise how much satisfaction this was going to bring.

After doing some reading and realising if I wanted a decent paint job I would be buying a whole lot of paints and brushed to get set up again I wanted to take my time with these to get them right.

When I was a kid I had painted a 2000 point army using 6 colours and 1 brush 😅

It’s taken me a couple of months of picking up and putting them down again to get there but finally happy with how these three have turned out. I have a couple of final bits to do on the base of the centre one but I was too excited and wanted to share.

Thanks to everyone for all your posts / tips and sharing of your own works. Has been great getting back into things seeing what y’all have been doing.
