Double Interlock

I’m currently in the process of building a larger ship and I am planning on implementing small escape pods that can only be activated with two signals. One local to the pod and one at the command deck via captains order.
This is more for role playing purposes and to avoid accidental escape pod deployment.
Is there an easy way to do that?
