Can't Connect to NPC Station to Deliver Contract Goods

Like the title says, I cant seem to connect to an NPC station in order to deliver the contracted items. I have made sure that my connector is on Trade and i have a positive rep with them. There are two landing pad connectors and one side connector in the air. Anyone know what i might be doing wrong? There kinda red flashing light between the platform connectors. The option to deliver from my connector does not come up.
