public servers with ground game

I've been playing on one of the big public servers for a few months now and enjoyed it, but hit the limit of what I wanted to do with that (mod pack combination). Anyone recommend a server that has planet based NPCs for PVE?
In general, I prefer a pro server, simply because it is more likely to stay around and have dedicated mod/staff, but open to anything.
