Side view. hanger is open, fly all the way through for easy access.
The Hephaestus was my first large grid ship. 130 meters, well armed and armored. Medbays, cryo, gravity, jump drive, all the works, powered by a nuclear reactor. The hanger contains a welding ship, a grinding ship, a defensive fighter, and a mining ship (all small grid). I've taken down her down planetside and back again with all 4 large cargo containers full (de-orbiting was definitely sketchy, but it did it! lol). And the highlight is the refinery and 2 assemblers that make exceptional at starting bases in new places!
Yeah I know it isn't terribly big or sleek, but it was my *first* big ship, and it did indeed work!
