What's going on with the Soyuz hole story?

This is the last I heard:

The results of the probe into a hole in the hull of the Russian Soyuz spacecraft, which was docked to the International Space Station (ISS), will be communicated to the Russian leadership in the coming weeks, Dmitry Rogozin, the head of Russian space agency Roscosmos, said. ... The investigators possess all the necessary evidence to determine the reasons behind the incident, according to the Roscosmos head.

That was January 11. It's been a couple months now so what's going on? The Russian crew went to the trouble of a very long and dangerous spacewalk to retrieve the evidence they needed so I would think announcing the results would be important to all involved including both Roscosmos and NASA.
