stick of truth pc version question

so i apologies if im in the wrong sub for this. but i got a question about stick of truth.
so i bought the PC version of stick of truth on steam and ive been playing through the game. (i bought it and beat it on the ps3 when it came out)
and it appears im stuck, im in canada and im when to the earl of Winnipeg and he tell me to go to the caves up north to kill dire bears but when i go there, there is a big rock in my way. from my understanding it have to get the final magic ability Nagasaki from terrance and philip in vancouver but they are in their place across the river.
so if this pc version broken? i would like help pls
