What's the process for ordering online from BT Games?

Their shipping policy isn't very clear on this, so I was hoping a fellow redditor may be able to assist.
I want to purchase a physical copy of a game, but I also know that there is usually a R100 difference between BT's online and in-store prices.
If I order online and opt for store pickup, can I fetch the game on the same day that I pay or do I need to wait for some sort of notification?
