Duck done the same as on my other post… skin pan seared quickly at the beginning. Vacuum sealed. 55 celcius for 2 hours sous vide. Pan sear again after in a non stick pan 😊 The rest we kinda made up. We’re not very good at recipes πŸ˜…πŸ™ˆ
