Looking to Sous Vide a whole meal for GF, any recommendations?

Looking to cook for my GF this friday and want to introduce her to the sous vide. I was thinking chicken so I am trying to find a good recipe for some.
Question I had though - Does anyone know a recipe where you can back up and cook like vegetables and stuff as well and then sear them when done with the meat? Kind of looking for a recipe where I can drop in and let cook while I get other stuff done.
