How long and temp to sousvide bottom blade roast for fat to render

I want to basically sousvide it then finish it on the grill to get a nice crust.

It is about 2 inches thick. Close to 4lbs.

I like a nice rare to medium rare.

Any thought, pics, help would be greatly appreciated.
