This was my second attempt at making a Prime New York Strip Steak.
This was a few weeks ago when I received my Sous Vide Circulator for Christmas. I didn’t write it down but I believe I went with 133F for an hour and a half. Into the bag with some compound garlic and herb Kerry’s Gold butter, thyme, rosemary, pepper, salt, and finally steak seasoning.
I let it rest for five minutes then seared it in a cast iron pan and let rest for another five minutes.
I’m not usually a fan of steak and neither is my girlfriend, however this steak was gone in less than ten minutes between the two of us.
