Finally experienced the magic that is Sir Charles!

Yes it’s on paper plates but so what☺️ I did 137° for about 30 hours. Seared on a cast iron and topped it with a horseradish cream sauce. 10/10 it tasted almost exactly like prime rib. This has for sure been the best thing I’ve made in the sous vide.
