Been struggling to make skinless chicken breast taste good.
Iโm avoiding deep frying afterwards with batter as Iโm trying to make it low cal. I also donโt have access to butter milk.
I tried a wet brine overnight. I patted them dry and seasoned with Cajun spice and a knob of butter to add a bit of fat.
Tenderness is good, but the flavor was kinda meh and depressing. Dunno how to make it taste good.
Some stuff just shouldn't be SV cooked. For me, chicken breasts do best with a ton of seasoning and a hot and fast method. Grilled or blackened.
